1.      Delivery

    • If the package size is too large to handle, the item may be shipped by a different delivery company under our contract. (Customers cannot choose the delivery company.)
    • After placing an order, we usually ship within 2 to 5 business days.
      *Delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, and region.
      *Delivery time may be longer than usual during sales periods, Golden Week, New Year's holidays, etc.
    • We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.
    • We do not provide gift wrapping.

      Asia (excluding China, Korea and Taiwan) 2,400 JPY
      Oceania, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, Europe 3,700 JPY
      United States (including overseas territories such as Guam) 4,500 JPY
      Latin America (excluding Mexico) and Africa 4,200 JPY
      *Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size and weight of the items you order.
      In such cases, you will be notified by email and asked to pay the additional shipping and handling fees.

4.      Returns, exchanges and cancellations

    • If you wish to return or exchange a product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
    • Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:
      • Products that have been used or worn by the customer, or washed or dry-cleaned
      • Products that have been scratched, damaged, stained, or have an odor while in the customer's possession
      • Products that have been repaired or modified by the customer
      • Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago

    • If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping costs.

5.      Receipts

  • If you would like a receipt, please indicate that you would like a receipt and the name of the recipient of the receipt in the "Special Instructions" column at the ”SHOPPING BAG” page.

  • After the product is shipped, we will send you in PDF format as an attachment to the email address you registered at the time of ordering.

  • Please note that the description detail will be stated as "Clothes”.

 

6.      Sales Tax

  • All overseas deliveries are exempt from Japanese sales tax.
  • For deliveries within Japan, a separate sales tax will be added.

 

7.      Customs duties

  • If you order products from us internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.
  • We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred in the recipient's country.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what customs fees will cost.
  • If you would like to know how much customs duty will be charged on your order, please contact your local customs office.
